MM2 Calculator
Compare Murder Mystery 2 trade values, quantities and optional demand to estimate whether an MM2 trade is a win, fair or loss.
Compare Murder Mystery 2 trade values on both sides, include stacked quantities and optional demand scores, and get a transparent Win, Fair or Loss estimate.
MM2 trade comparison
This MM2 calculator compares the community trading values on both sides of a Murder Mystery 2 offer. Enter up to four item slots for what you give and what you receive, include quantities for stacked items, and the calculator totals the trade and shows a transparent Win, Fair or Loss estimate.
MM2 item values are not official Roblox prices and they can move quickly with demand, events and trading activity. Instead of locking the calculator to a stale internal price list, you can enter the current values from the community source you actually use, including Traderie, Supreme Values, MM2Values or another current reference.
How MM2 Trade Values Are Compared
Each line is calculated as:
Item line value = item value × quantity
The calculator adds all line values on your side and all line values on the other side. The difference is:
Trade difference = their total − your total
A positive difference means you are receiving more entered value. A negative difference means you are giving more entered value.
Win, Fair or Loss Method
There is no official Roblox percentage that defines a fair MM2 trade. Current community calculators use different thresholds, so this tool makes the rule visible and adjustable instead of hiding it.
Value gap % = absolute difference ÷ larger side × 100
If the gap is within your selected fair-trade tolerance, the result is marked Fair. Outside the band, receiving more value is shown as a Win and giving more value as a Loss. The default tolerance is 5%, but you can change it to match your preferred trading standard.
MM2 Values Calculator
The calculator can also be used as an MM2 values calculator for one side only. Enter an item’s current community value and quantity to total a stack or inventory group. When only one side has value, the result is labeled as a value total rather than pretending there is a trade verdict.
MM2 Trading Calculator With Demand
Raw value is only part of an MM2 trade. The Murder Mystery 2 community also considers factors such as demand, rarity and stability. If you enter optional demand scores, the calculator reports a value-weighted average demand for each side.
Demand does not automatically increase or decrease the numeric trade value because different value communities use different demand scales and methods. Keeping it separate prevents a hidden weighting formula from overruling the numbers you entered.
Using Traderie Values
If you are looking for a Traderie MM2 calculator, select Traderie as your reference and enter the current values or market references you want to compare. Traderie maintains current MM2 item and value pages, but marketplace activity changes continuously.
This calculator does not scrape, republish or claim to provide Traderie’s live database. That design keeps the math stable while letting you use current marketplace information at the moment you make the trade.
Why the Calculator Does Not Hard-Code MM2 Prices
Current MM2 calculators advertise daily or frequent updates and their item counts and values differ. Community sources can also disagree about demand and value. A static WordPress plugin database would therefore become outdated and could give users a confident-looking answer based on old prices.
The official Roblox Murder Mystery 2 page confirms that collecting and trading knives is part of the game, but Roblox does not publish an official community trade-value scale for the items. Community numbers should be treated as reference estimates, not guaranteed prices or Robux cash values.
How to Check a Trade More Carefully
Use one value source consistently for both sides, check the date of the values, and look at demand/stability for expensive or fast-moving items. For a high-value trade, cross-check another current source and confirm every item inside Roblox’s own trade window before accepting. Never enter a Roblox password into a third-party value calculator.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this an official Murder Mystery 2 calculator?
No. It is an independent fan-made calculation tool and is not affiliated with Roblox, Nikilis or the Murder Mystery 2 development team.
Does the calculator use live Traderie prices?
No. Enter the current Traderie or other community values you want to use. That avoids presenting stale copied values as live data.
What does W/F/L mean in MM2?
W/F/L means Win, Fair or Loss. It is community shorthand for whether the trade appears to favor you, appears roughly balanced, or favors the other trader based on the value system being used.
Can I add duplicate items?
Yes. Use the quantity field to stack multiple copies of the same item inside one slot.
Why are there four slots per side?
Four-slot trade comparisons match the common MM2 in-game trade-window model used by many current community calculators. Quantity lets a slot represent stacked copies.
Methodology and Sources
The trade arithmetic is source-neutral and uses only the values entered by the user. Current competitor research shows modern MM2 calculators commonly compare two offer totals and publish W/F/L results, but fairness bands vary. Roblox’s official Murder Mystery 2 page establishes the game’s item-trading context, while Traderie and community resources demonstrate that values are community/market references rather than official Roblox prices. Results are estimates, not a guarantee that another player will accept a trade.
